Is the rooftop pool open year-round? When does it reopen for the season?
The rooftop pool is seasonal. It typically reopens around Memorial Day weekend each year. Once open, the pool is available 7 AM - 7 PM daily. Poolside service is available starting at 11 AM. The poolside food menu is available from 11 AM - 4 PM.

What is the best way to get from Louisville Airport (SDF) to the hotel?
To get from Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport to the Hotel, the most direct driving route is to leave the airport via Terminal Drive, then merge onto I-264 East (Watterson Expressway). From there, connect to I-65 North toward downtown Louisville, then take the exit for Brook Street or Muhammad Ali Boulevard. Continue into the downtown area and follow local streets to your destination near the riverfront. This route is straightforward and typically takes about 10–15 minutes, making it the quickest and most used path whether you’re taking a rideshare, taxi, or driving yourself.
What are your check-in and check-out times? Is early or late check-out available?
Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

If you need to check in a little early or hold on to your room a bit longer, just ask at the front desk and we will do our best to make it work based on availability. Hilton Honors members may have additional flexibility depending on their membership tier. A fee of $75.00 USD is applied for any late or early checkouts. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so there is always someone to help coordinate your arrival or departure.
Do you offer valet parking? What are the nightly rates?

Steakhouse Bourré Bonne is open to everyone, not just hotel guests. Whether you are staying with us or just visiting Louisville for the evening, you are more than welcome to come in for dinner.

We are open daily from 5 PM to 10 PM (Sunday-Thursday) / 11 PM (Friday-Saturday). Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and during Kentucky Derby week. Book your table now!
Which rooms are best for guests sensitive to street noise?
If you are a light sleeper, we recommend rooms facing the courtyard, which tend to pick up the least street noise.

Is Hotel Bourré Bonne a pet-friendly property?
Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome at Hotel Bourré Bonne! Pets up to 100 pounds are welcome, and there is a $75 per pet fee applied at check-in.

We ask that pets be kept on a leash in common areas and not left unattended in guest rooms. Just let us know you will be bringing a pet when you make your reservation so we can set everything up before you arrive. We also have water and food bowls with placemats available, along with doggy bags.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we place a temporary incidental hold of $200 on your credit or debit card at check-in to cover any charges that may come up during your stay. The hold is released within 5-7 business days after check-out, as long as there are no outstanding charges on your account.
